Abstract :
Presents the contents of a U.R.S.I. Meeting in telecommunications. Measurements characterizing traffic and grade of service, estimation and monitoring of loads, and studies of models and simulators were the subject of one session. The statistics of ineffective attempts, and numerous other statistics affecting traffic and maintenance were considered, covering among others the French electronic switching system E10.
