Abstract :
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is one of the mainstays of today´s society that provides major impacts on our professional, private lives but also most important drivers of economic growth. It is very true that fossil fuel combustion produces carbon dioxide, which is the cause of the greenhouse effect. This Greenhouse effect is the major reason for climate change. Therefore, this climate change problem is related to an energy challenge. The effective measure that reduces carbon emission is the replacement of conventional combustion fossil fuel into renewable energies like solar, wind, water, tides and geothermal heat. In order to recover the climate change, we require greenhouse gas reduction using renewable sources with effective ICTs. ICT embedded renewable energy storage system can enable wider geographic scopes of grid integration, optimized energy demand management and dynamic pricing. The paper discussed about the Information and Communication Technologies through renewable energy sources (RES) to employ green energy and environment.
