Abstract
Previous work has demonstrated that dipole crosstalk occurs in an inverse cardiac generator consisting of multiple fixed dipoles when only the summed-square error of the potentials is minimized. This paper provides evidence that when cardiac electrical activity can be approximated by a single locatable dipole, crosstalk can be decreased by adding an additional term to the function that is minimized.
