Abstract :
It is artgued that the trends of developments in communications systems directly concern a nation??s present situation and future vision, and its services and impacts should be perceived as a major national issue. It is, therefore, necessary for each nation to make the most suitable choice of communications systems based on its specific environment and objectives.
