Abstract :
A CAMAC high-accuracy calibration source module for high-precision TDCs (time-to-digital converters) was developed. It was found that the module has a 14-bit accuracy (linearity) of the time interval between START and STOP output pulses (i.e. as low as 13 ps at 200 ns full range) with less than 15-ps jitter. Full range is switch-selectable (200 ns, 500 ns, 1000 ns and 2000 ns), and has 16-bit dynamic range
