Abstract :
A versatile wide-range electrical stimulator has been built for stimulated fibrillation of the heart in animal experiments using readily available low cost IC´s and general purpose instruments easily available in the laboratory or commercially. An outline of the whole system is presented along with a detailed description of the master control section which generates all the important trigger commands.
