Abstract
This paper focuses on the application of surface impedance concept in a post-processing stage for the calculation of such characteristics of conductors such as energy stored in the conductor´s skin layer, power losses, inductance, and resistance per unit length. Derivations are performed in terms of - and - formalisms. Numerical examples are included to illustrate the method and validate the results.
