Abstract :
The general approach to the problems of miniaturization is outlined with special emphasis on problems caused by the high operating temperatures. In addition to the general techniques, both conventional and printed circuit, three models of miniature wide-band, high-gain radar-type intermediate-frequency amplifiers (having similar characteristics) are described. A discussion of production methods and techniques is also included.
