Abstract :
The paper is a case study on integrating reading and writing instruction under web condition aimed at fostering critical thinking in a Chinese EFL classroom at tertiary level. The design of integrated reading and writing tasks follows action learning formula, which stimulates learners to apply critical thinking skills at different stages. The integrated instruction under web condition enhances reading and writing abilities, and in turn promotes critical thinking.
