Abstract :
A synthesis procedure is described as an alternative to, and more general than, that due to Guillemin. The resulting network is in the form of a lattice and is capable of providing any arbitrary transfer function which is physically realizable by an RC network. Design work is simple and straightforward, and a numerical example is included.
