Abstract :
Taking mixed-vegetable packages as the study subject, according to the domestic and international basic requirements, based on the study about the technical principles and methods of domestic and international food traceability, and features of the accessories control, production, inspection and quarantine, circulation, combined with the new neural network-type cross-traceability method developed by this research group, this paper gives an overview of the traceability method of mixed-vegetable packages in order to provide some suggestions and references on the traceability of condiment and other complex food.
