Abstract :
In order to meet the demand of Society for specialized highly skilled Network Talent, and enhance students\´ employability. Based on the needs analysis for network engineering professionals demand and Knowledge needs of each employment direction. Presents a unique employment-oriented core, three levels theory teaching system of Professional foundation courses, professional core courses for the purpose of trainning students\´ comprehensive quality, professional orientation courses and " A masterstroke, three -level, five module" practical teaching system for developing students\´ practical ability and creative spirit. The education system can cultivate qualified network engineering professionals, Which they not only can meet the needs of the community, but also can competent corporate job requirements.
