Abstract :
Aiming to the demand for creative talents, how to cultivate the students´ innovative consciousness, and how to develop good habits of mind, have become an important part of our country´s higher education research. On the basis of elaborating the TRIZ basic theoretical system and CDIO engineering educational approach, we integrate CDIO engineering education mode and TRIZ innovation theory as TRIZ-CDIO theory. Training mode of undergraduate´s innovative ability based on TRIZ-CDIO theory is constructed. This model is consists of knowledge-based teaching mode, innovation experiment-based teaching mode, skill integrated-based teaching mode, competition participate-based teaching mode, enterprises participate-based teaching mode and project participate-based teaching mode. Training mode based TRIZ-CDIO theory guides the undergraduates participate in innovation, practice innovation and to train creative talent of grasping the innovative method, innovation spirit and innovation ability. Promoting the TRIZ-CDIO theory and innovation technology in the engineering undergraduate´ innovative ability training pattern has the extremely important practical significance.
