Abstract :
For the improvement of performance in various applications, it is necessary to understand gas discharge dynamics experimentally and numerically. A Monte Carlo simulation is carried out in N2 in uniform electric fields. Streamer propagation, electron and positive ion distributions and space charge fields are studied in detail as time increases
