Abstract :
Two mistakes in the Jacobian matrix of the transformation from the ground to radar coordinates in Pulford and Evans (IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, vol. 34, no.4, p.1165-83, 1998) are corrected. Besides this, a missing equation in is also given.
