Abstract :
A technique is presented for measuring complex dielectric permittivity using a full field analysis of a coaxially driven cylindrical cavity. The analysis of the junction is based on a model which fully considers the coaxial form of the cavity excitation, and which has been shown to produce very accurate results for a wide range of cases. Values of permittivity predicted by this method for two materials of well known permittivity are presented
