Abstract
Designs of millimetre-wave solid-state switches and limiters based on the double-resonant array improve the main characteristics of solid-state control components. To date, results have shown 3W (1 ms pulse) with 21 dB limiting and 1.0 dB insertion loss for a Ka-band passive limiter
