Abstract :
Discusses the formation, procedures, and policies enforced by CEPT. The CEPT (Conference EuroDeenne des Administrations des Recommendations Administrations (not the states) of 26 European countries,Postes et des Telecommunications) brings together the P & T from Iceland to Turkey and Portugal to Finland, including Yugoslavia but excluding Eastern European countries.
