Abstract :
An increasing number of businesses are undertaking e-commerce projects, some for the first time. Few would argue that effective management is critical to success in this lucrative market. But a successful business does more than simply deliver a product on budget and on time: it also delivers customer satisfaction. During the five years that our software solutions company has been in business, my colleagues and I have found that building client relationships is at least as important as innovation and technology to remaining competitive as an e-commerce developer. Repeat business now accounts for more than 60 percent of our projects. We believe that the key lessons we´ve learned can help you build successful client relationships
