Abstract :
A fully integrated SC second-order lowpass filter has been built with a 0.5 dB passband ripple, a programmable cutoff frequency in the range 1-100 Hz, and a dynamic range of 88.4 dB. A decimation filter (DEF) is used to alleviate the requirements imposed on the continuous-time anti-aliasing filter (AAF). The bandwidth variation is achieved by means of a configurable combination of capacitors and a suitable control logic circuit
