  • Abstract
    An improved current-mode algorithmic A/D convertor (ADC), using active current mirrors, is described. These mirrors eliminate current mismatches due to the transistor´s finite output resistance, allowing the construction of higher-resolution ADCs than is possible using simple current mirrors
