Abstract :
Recently we have published articles discussing various techniques for managing different types of projects. Most organizations do have projects to complete, if not on a regular basis, at least from time to time. Some organizations are completely project based, perhaps with some supporting infrastructure departments such as IT and HR. This is often the case for consulting organizations, construction companies, etc. where each new offering is created via a project.
