Abstract :
This paper discusses the measuring methods of grounding resistance. A new measuring method, which uses a higher order spectrum, is suggested. Compared with a power spectrum-based method, the new method can reduce the effect at Gaussian noise, and therefore can measure the grounding resistance more accurately. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method
