Abstract :
AT the first meeting of this Committee held in the Schenley Hotel, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, September 17, 1924, every member being present, it was agreed that the Annual Report for 1924–25 should be a topical consideration of progress during the current year, and the field was duly apportioned to the several members of the Committee.
