Abstract :
Thank you very much for the Harry Rowe Mimno Award that the AES Society recently gave me. The $1000 check accompanying the award was appreciated as well. I also thank you for IEEE´s publication of my Case History of Radar in the year 2006. Those were two important recognitions of a major research effort that I developed during the years 1960–1961, almost half a century ago.
