Methods of testing current transformers

Stein (Philadelphia): On the first and second pages of Dr. Silsbee´s paper, a figure of 0.3 per cent is given, as being a maximum for the ratio error in “loop-through” types of current transformers. A number of people are using this type of transformer for standards, and accordingly, the figure given is of particular interest.
