Abstract
By post-annealing the as-prepared CoPt/SiO2 samples with the atomic ratio of Co: Pt=47.5: 52.5, high coercivity Hc≈14 kOe was obtained at room temperature. TEM and XRD revealed the ordered fct (L10) structure with the lattice constant ratio c/a=0.97 in the granular films with the average grain size around 10-20 nm. The grain size and packing density effect on coercivity are also discussed
