Satellite communication application in emergency communication

As a new-generation emergency communication technology coming along with the development of Satellite Communication technologies, the first completely automatic "Super-BTS" technology is promising to meet demands of emergency communications in the world. This paper describes the Super-BTS development background, introduces implementation of ideas, the principle of Super-BTS, as well as the test result, and finally summarizes the requirements of China mobile on the evolution of Emergency Communication systems.
