Abstract :
This paper considers the metrological model of the data acquisition system (DAS). The main attention is focused on the DAS on the basis of the sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter. The choice of the minimum number of parameters of the DAS allowing evaluation of the uncertainty of A/D conversion with reasonable accuracy is investigated
