Abstract :
This paper is one of a series for use in Current Operational Problems (COPS) forums with the goal of focusing industry attention on high-priority problems faced by electric system operators. The four ``short note reports´´ in this paper discuss a broad range of problems with the operation of jointly-owned generation. Utilities with different financial and operational backgrounds participate in jointly-owned generation for many reasons. The fusing of these diverse elements for equitable operation of jointly-owned generation is the focus of the short note reports.
