Abstract :
Concentration dependence of the Neel temperature of γ-Mn100-xRux (31⩽×⩽37) alloy systems has been investigated. The Neel temperature increases with decreasing Mn concentration in analogy with γ-Mn-Ir and γ-Mn-Rh alloys. The Neel temperature of the present alloy system is the highest in disordered γ-Mn-TM (TM≡Fe,Ni,Rh,Pd,Ir and Pt) alloys, suggesting that the Neel temperature becomes higher with a decreasing number of 3d electrons in the Mn site
