Abstract :
Waveforms of the magnetic field from magnetic recording heads were measured by using an electron-beam tomography system. In addition, the relationship between the magnetic field transition and the current transition was investigated. The magnetic field transition of a recent head with a high Bs type core almost follows the current transition. To develop a high-speed transition head, it is very important to improve the current response
