Abstract
This paper focuses on the imaging performance of outside looking circular scanning synthetic aperture radar (CSAR) as few literature discuss about it though various type of CSAR were proposed for different applications. The key parameters of CSAR system are investigated to estimate the imaging performance of CSAR and it is indicated that proper antenna beam width in azimuth is an important factor for high imaging performance of CSAR.
