Abstract
The temperature dependence of the microwave surface resistance for overdoped YBa2Cu3O7-δ films has been investigated experimentally. The observed unusual behavior of the surface resistance is described by the schemes based on an idea of the spin-flip scattering of carriers, resulting in the pair-breaking, and the subsequent recovery of superconductivity caused by the ordering of the magnetic impurities at low temperatures
