Abstract :
South Glamorgan County Council is installing a computer-based urban traffic control system in the Cardiff area, but it is not considered to be a panacea or the complete solution to Cardiff´s traffic problems. However, it should ensure that the road network is used effectively and efficiently when the system is commissioned this year
