Abstract :
This paper is one of a series presented on behalf of the System Operations Subcommittee with the intent of focusing industry attention on current problems faced by electric utility operators. This paper contains four ``short note reports´´ from authors in different areas of the electric power industry. The issues of evaluation, scheduling, control, and accounting are addressed.
