Abstract :
The increasing complexity of military electronics systems, coupled with the shortage of skilled technicians, has forced military authorities throughout the world to take a fresh look at maintenance. A careful study is being undertaken of ´whole-life costing´, which includes thetotal cost of ownership and maintenance over the equipment´s lifetime, and so automatic test equipment is being used in increasing numbers
