Abstract :
Experience has shown that the implementation of a large scale load management system deserves consideration of a number of factors in addition to those ``internal´´ to the design of the system itself. This paper presents additional integration opportunities, that, by predesign or evolution, have been implemented in the Southern California Edison (SCE) Air Conditioner Cycling System.
