Abstract
We analyzed temperature increase in the post-wall waveguide type millimeter-wave exposure apparatus in vitro. This results show a similar tendency to the experimental results. The cooling effect in a state of natural cooling was 35-55 % by using heat sink as a basic cooling element. It allows the evaluations for non-thermal effects to expose MMWs of higher intensity than conventional exposure apparatus.
