Abstract :
The principle of a very simple microwave oscillator circuit is explained using h-parameters with a first order MOSFET transistor model. A design procedure for the realization of this oscillator in microstrip (Euroboard, f=750 MHz) is presented in a step by step approach using the Caltech simulation and layout program PUFF
