Abstract :
A VCO based on OTAs is described that achieves +or-60 ppm/ degrees C temperature coefficient of frequency over 30-90 degrees C at oscillation frequencies from 10 kHz to 40 kHz. The circuit also exhibits wide sweep capability and good linearity of voltage to frequency.
