Abstract :
In weighing the manifold attractions of White Sulphur Springs, which is the location that has been chosen by The American Society of Mechanical Engineers for its Spring Meeting, the Society is anxious that the technical excellence of the program shall not be overlooked. The number of authorities scheduled to speak upon important subjects is worthy of more than passing attention.
