Abstract
Considering the complex environment and the subjectivity of customers, game theory and fuzzy mathematics are used to improve the process of obtaining the customers´ requirements of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). And the important degree of Customer Requirements (CRs) is ranked according to different stakeholders in this paper. Then, taking cars sales plan with some stakeholders as a challenging example to get CRs, the order of priority of the weight of CRs importance is obtained through a two-person zero-sum game. We solve the Pareto optimal solutions of the game by regarding QFD as a two-person zero-sum game with an uncertain payoff matrix. Some relative definitions and solving process are given at last. The proposed method provides product developers with comprehensive and precise information for analysis.
