Abstract :
Based on the theory of enterprise, the theory of organization boundary and the opportunism, this paper tries to study in-depth on the effects of the status of enterprise in supply chain effects on enterprise costs based on the analysis of supply chain and the relationship between the changes of the strength of the enterprise status with the changes of their costs. Based on the unbalanced pale data in China´s A-share market, the level and the difference models, this paper concluded that firstly, the stronger of the status of enterprise in supply chain, namely the higher of the net capital occupation the lower of their own administrative expense, financial expense and the total operating costs; secondly, with the strength of the status of enterprise turning strong in supply chain, namely the increase of the net capital occupation, their own costs except the selling expenses significantly reduced; thirdly, the significant negative relationship between the strength of the status of enterprises in supply chain and their own costs exists only in the leader type of supply chain.
