Abstract :
To make the military supply chain attain coordination, assuming a dual-channel military supply chain system of one supplier and two material supplies sections and two troops, when disruption causes that troops demand or the supplier production cost or the materials supplies sections procurement cost vary not greatly, the supply chain is coordination. Then, adopting game theories, study their impacts on the military supply chain from centralized and decentralized decision-making aspects, get the optimal order quantity of the supply chain to response disruption, when the disruption causes troops demand or the supplier production cost or the materials supplies sections procurement cost vary more bigger, the coordination is broken, the original plan is no longer effective. we must design new coordination mechanisms anti-disruption risk, for example, adjusting wholesale price or buy-back price and providing assistance measures for the supplier, which not only make supply chain coordinate again, but also maximize the profit of the integrated supply chain system. Finally, two example calculations verify the conclusion accuracy and possibility, which provide an important theory reference to study the military supply chain coordination mechanisms anti-disruption.
