Abstract :
Firstly, the paper summarizes the studies of domestic and foreign scholars about dynamic core competence, defines the constitution of dynamic core capability of advanced manufacturing enterprises, analyses the characteristics of genetic evolution of dynamic core capability of advanced manufacturing enterprises. Based on this, build an genetic evolution game model of dynamic core capability of advanced manufacturing enterprises, and finally by analyzing susceptibility and dependence of the initial conditions of genetic game, analyze and summarize how dynamic core capability factors influence the decision-making process of game, which can provide a strong reference for Chinese advanced manufacturing enterprises.
