Research on industrial organization of Chinese medicine based on SCP paradigm

The development of medicine industry in China has made great progress. But compared with the international horizontal degree, the medical industry in China still has lower barriers to entry and higher barriers to exit. Based on SCP (Structure - Conduct - Proficient ) paradigm analysis, the paper analysis on medicine industry organization in China, and uses multiple linear regression model to analyze the influencing factors of medicine industry organization. It does empirical research based on the 1995 to 2011 years´ data on medicine industry organization in China, and provide a basis for the relevant departments to develop medicine industry in China.
