Abstract :
The coordinated development of oil, economy and environment can promote the sustainable development of society. We establish a coupling coordination degree model by studying the mechanism of interactions between oil, economy and environment. Through empirical analysis, quantitative evaluation of coupling coordinated development of between the three, the result studies: from 1996 to 1999, the three subsystems of the coupling coordination degree belongs to moderate disorders; from 2000 to 2005 , it is from endangered imbalance into primary coordination; from 2006 to 2010, it keeps moderate coordination , but it is in the trend of fluctuation. So with regard to the three subsystems of overall coordination, there are still rooms for improvement. In 2011, it turns into harmonious coordination, but it´s in a well coordinated edge. While we still continue to promote the relation of the three subsystems, so that we promote the three subsystems of overall coordination into better coordination.
