Abstract

That if WeChat, as an emerging social media, is capable of promoting and how it supports the teams to achieve online knowledge sharing is an urgent topic that needs to be explored. On the background of CoPS (complex products and systems), this paper analyzes the relationship between WeChat and R&D team sharing knowledge based on literature review and WeChat analysis, illustrates that WeChat supports that CoPS R&D Team can achieve online knowledge sharing with its social attributes and multimedia interactive function. It also elaborates the SECI process of internal and external online knowledge sharing of CoPS R&D Team on WeChat platform, and constructs a CoPS R&D Team online knowledge sharing model.
