Abstract :
This paper explores the impacts of knowledge employees´ perception of organizational justice on job performance and the role of work attitude in the relationship between organizational justice and job performance. The findings show that the perception of organizational justice is positively correlated to job performance and perception of organizational justice is positively correlated to attitude while employees´ work attitude and job performance are positively correlated. Employees´ work attitude plays a mediating role between organizational justice and work attitude.
